What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing in-depth paraplanning support to financial advisers
• Preparing meeting packs and updating cashflow forecasts (Voyant)
• Attending planning meetings in a "second chair" role
• Writing personalised suitability reports using clear, concise templates
• Handling technical calculations around CGT, pensions, bonds, and withdrawal strategies
• Supporting ongoing client advice strategies and maintaining compliance
• Participating in ad hoc research, projects, and improvements to services or tech
• Keeping up to date with financial planning legislation and best practice

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
• Ideally, one or more AF-level exams; working towards Chartered status
• Expertise with cashflow forecasting (Voyant preferred)
• Technical experience with CGT, pension planning, trusts, and decumulation strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A true love of paraplanning and a desire to keep learning and improving
• A personable, collaborative approach with a strong attention to detail
