This is a unique opportunity to become a core part of a firm that has grown steadily and organically over the last five years — and has exciting plans for future expansion.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will play an integral role in the advice process, supporting Advisers in delivering tailored, high-quality financial planning solutions to clients. Your work will cover complex technical analysis, cash flow modelling, report writing, and collaborating closely with both clients and advisers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing compliant, accurate and detailed suitability reports
  • Conducting in-depth product, fund, and market research
  • Supporting technical planning and projections, including retirement planning, tax calculations, and investment strategy
  • Collaborating with Advisers and Admin teams to ensure a seamless client journey
  • Staying current on regulatory changes and market developments
  • Maintaining up-to-date, audit-ready records and documentation

What you need:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) as a minimum
  • Progress toward Chartered or Certified status is highly valued
  • Experience in a similar paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning
  • Proficiency in back-office systems and provider platforms (experience with Intelliflo Office is a plus)
  • A collaborative and detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills

What’s on offer:

  • Basic salary up to £50,000
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Company benefits including pension, life cover, and healthcare options
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home
  • Full study support for further exams
  • A supportive environment with a clear path for career development

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm where your work matters, your voice is heard, and your development is prioritised.

Salary : 40000 - 50000
