• Salary Range: £32,000 - £42,000 pro rata (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Location: Buxton
• Job Type: Flexible (office-based with potential for hybrid working)
• Hours: 24-36 per week

Day to Day of the role:

• Work closely with a small team of experienced administrators, paraplanners, and advisers.
• Learn and apply the firm’s methods and practices.
• Engage in role progression with encouragement and full training support to meet objectives.
• Provide detailed financial planning support to advisers.
• Prepare written advice and provide technical research services to a high standard.
• Ensure that all regulatory and compliance standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paraplanner within an IFA firm.
• Financial services qualifications.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong Whole of Market knowledge.
• Proficient in report writing.
