- Location: Caerphilly on a hybrid basis after settling in period/sign off - then a minimum of 2 days in the office

We are seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to join our team. This role involves managing a diverse workload, prioritising effectively to meet client needs, and maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and be adept at preparing detailed client reports and presentations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and prioritise workload to ensure efficient client service.
- Interact with prospects and clients to collect and collate information for new business enquiries and ongoing reviews.
- Analyse market results and conduct thorough research to make suitable provider and product recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and suitability reports for clients and prospects.
- Handle the production and presentation of new business quotations and supporting documentation.
- Process applications and correspondence in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing information to clients about current policies and additional products.
- Prepare and arrange documentation for client review meetings.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate before distribution.
- Manage debt collection and assist the finance team with accounting queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for clients and prospects.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with providers, clients, and prospects.
- Support colleagues and contribute to team objectives.
- Participate in work-related projects as requested.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
