The Role - Qualified ParaplannerThis is an exciting and varied role that includes supporting financial advisers across a range of services, from portfolio performance to in-depth market analysis and product recommendations. You’ll play a key part in providing technical reports, suitability letters, and annual reviews, all while interacting with clients and supporting advisers to deliver exceptional results. The work you do will make a direct impact on the success of clients’ financial futures.

You will be working on pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, mortgages, protection, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning. This is a role that allows you to diversify your skills and expertise within a collaborative, fast-growing team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma Qualified (or close to completing it, with 1-2 exams outstanding)
• At least 3 years’ experience within an IFA or Wealth Management firm
• A passion for delivering excellent financial advice and the desire to take your career to the next level

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial plans, suitability letters, and annual reviews
• Develop client-facing materials and ensure all templates are up-to-date
• Liaise with clients to answer technical queries and assist with complex issues
• Be the key liaison for platforms such as Transact, Nucleus, and Fidelity
• Help drive the success of the firm through your expertise and commitment to excellence
