Paralegal - Local Government and Litigation Team - Seven Resourcing : Job Details

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Paralegal to work within the Local Government and Litigation Team within Basingstoke and Deane BC. There are 3 main purposes for this role:

• Information Governance:  To provide paralegal support to the Information Governance Team in dealing with Freedom of Information requests, Environmental Information requests, Data Protection Subject Access Requests and all related aspects
• Planning and Litigation:  To provide paralegal support to the Planning and Litigation team within Legal Services
• Property and Contracts:  To provide paralegal support to the Planning and Litigation team within Legal Services.

Rate: This role is paying £16.63 per hour.

Hours: this role is 37 hours per week.

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working. Must be able to work at least 3 days a week in the office.

Essential: 

• Experience of managing own workload.
• Previous experience working in a team environment.
• Previous experience working in a legal environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Be undertaking Qualifying Work Experience with one the following post graduate qualifications:-

  SQE 1 passed and SQE 2 working towards;

  CILEX Advanced Paralegal qualification.
