Paralegal - Contentious Trusts & Probate / Professional Liability

Leicester |  £Competitive |  Full-time (35 hours per week)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a leading Midlands law firm, supporting a highly regarded Partner across Contentious Trusts & Probate and Professional Negligence work.

You'll assist on a varied and interesting caseload, gaining hands-on experience in complex disputes while working within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing client enquiries and onboarding

• Drafting legal documents and preparing court/mediation bundles

• Conducting legal research and maintaining case files

• Supporting the Partner on a range of contentious matters

About you:

• Law degree or equivalent qualification

• Previous paralegal experience (ideally in litigation, probate or negligence)

• Strong drafting, research and organisational skills

• Professional, proactive and confident communicator
