Purpose of the Role:To provide high-quality legal and administrative support to the Aviation team, assisting in high-profile and high-value international injury and aviation-related litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:Draft and produce legal correspondence and documentation
Conduct legal research on relevant case law and aviation matters
Take statements from clients and witnesses
Assist with preparation of instructions to Counsel and draft orders
Prepare schedules of documents and court bundles
Proofread, mark up, and amend pleadings and legal submissions
Maintain cost files and manage disbursements and billing support
Support diary management, travel planning, filing, and internal processes
Participate in business development initiatives (e.g., drafting articles, presentations)
Support internal training and knowledge-sharing activities
Carry out other ad hoc duties as required by the team
Essential Qualifications:
LPC, Bar Course, or SQE1 completed with final grade
At least a 2:1 at undergraduate level
Skills & Competencies:
Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is required
Strong IT skills; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing own workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commercial awareness and ability to build professional relationships
Reliable team player with a respectful, professional, and proactive attitude
Ability to handle sensitive cases with empathy and discretion
Experience in litigation or personal injury law
Demonstrated involvement in business development or legal content writing
Knowledge of aviation law or international injury litigation
Salary : 30000 - 37000
