We are currently seeking a diligent and tenacious Paralegal to join our clients growing Commercial Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of the Commercial Team and an Equity Partner of the firm, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the team with a variety of legal and administrative tasks, contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients.

• Conduct legal research using appropriate methods and present findings accurately and promptly.
• Draft legal documents using firm-approved precedents and templates.
• Ensure all work complies with internal risk management policies and GDPR regulations.
• Provide legal and administrative support to the Commercial Team.
• Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Produce legal updates and write articles on current legal topics.
• Assist with legal processes such as file opening, billing, and routine file management under supervision.
• Take attendance notes and liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation.
• Actively participate in the Paralegal and Trainee (PT) group and attend networking events or careers fairs.
• Promote the firm and department through social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.

Essential:

• Legal qualification, preferably post-LPC or currently working towards it.
• Strong IT literacy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Previous experience in a Paralegal role.
