Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to residential conveyancing fee earners.
- Assist with all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including shared ownership work.
- Manage client communications via telephone, email, and face-to-face contact, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Open and maintain client files with great attention to detail.
- Use case management systems to ensure smooth workflow and case progression.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients post-exchange, ensuring excellent client service.
About You:
- Previous experience within a conveyancing team or legal environment, ideally including shared ownership work.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional telephone manner.
- Strong IT and case management system skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, enthusiastic approach and a commitment to delivering quality work.
