We’re working with a well-established law firm in Bexleyheath that’s looking for an experienced and proactive Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential property experience who’s ready to develop their skills further in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The role involves managing a range of conveyancing tasks, including drafting contract packs, reviewing management and search documents, handling post-exchange matters, and liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors. You’ll be registering properties via the HMLR Portal and submitting SDLT returns through HMRC.

To be successful, you’ll need strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and experience working both independently and collaboratively. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £29,000 (DOE), standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm), and a variety of staff benefits. This is an office-based role with genuine opportunities for growth.
