Paralegal Analyst - Glasgow - Meraki Talent Limited : Job Details

Meraki Talent are seeking a motivated Paralegal or Solicitor to join a leading investment bank based in the heart of Glasgow.  This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cross-border financial transactions, provide strategic legal advice, and play a key role in managing legal risk within a dynamic global business.Key Duties;

• Draft, negotiate and review contracts across securities services, lending, repos, FX and financing activities.
• Provide legal support on business initiatives, product development, and regulatory issues.
• Advise colleagues across legal, business, operations and functions globally.
• Manage execution processes, conditions precedent, and post-execution notices.
• Review netting and collateral opinions, coordinate external counsel, and support governance committees.
• Develop and update precedents, checklists and provide legal training to colleagues.

I am looking to speak to qualified solicitors or experienced paralegals with background in securities services or financial services.
