Panel Wirer

Our client is currently expanding and seeking skilled Panel Wirers to join their team.
This role involves assembling electrical control panels. If you have experience in panel wiring and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Fit electrical components and wiring based on schematic drawings.
- Assemble power distribution units using hand and power tools.
- Conduct elements of panel testing to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Work with both single and three-phase power systems.
- Handle both high and low volume wiring assemblies.
- Engage in fault finding and repair activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Essential experience working with single and three-phase systems.
- Experience with busbar assemblies is highly desirable.
- Previous panel wiring and electrical testing experience is highly desirable.
- 18th Edition certification is highly desirable.
- Completion of a recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and understand electrical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to schematic drawings.
