Job Title: Panel Wiring AssemblerLovation: ThetfordSalary: £14.50 per hourAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Electrical Wirer to join our skilled production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for wiring and assembling high-quality electrical enclosures, ensuring all work is completed to specification and in line with our quality and safety standards.This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in precision, and understands the importance of doing things right the first time.Key Responsibilities

• Wire back-plates and door control cables accurately, following wiring schematics and data sheets
• Fit cable crimps/ferrules correctly and label all cables with appropriate identification
• Install mains power cables using the correct size and type, ensuring all cables are clearly identified
• Secure power cables to components, tightening to the specified torque and applying torque paint as required (to be verified by an authorised team member)
• Fit earth cables throughout the enclosure and connect all removable covers to the earth bar
• Produce professional-quality heat-shrink wire markers and component labels using dedicated printing machines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company health and safety policies at all times

• Ability to follow technical drawings and data sheets
• Comfortable using hand tools and torque equipment
• A team player who communicates effectively and takes initiative
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or electrical assembly environment is desirable but not essential
