• Interior and exterior painting and decorating
• Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing
• Working to high standards on occupied and void properties
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations

? Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles
• Own tools and PPE
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Vale of Glamorgan - property maintenance across multiple sites
