?? Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Polisher to join our team at Sanko Gosei UK LTD STC. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and polishing painted components to meet customer-verified specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and finish.

?? Working Hours & Pay Rates

• 06:00 - 14:00: £13.25 per hour
• 14:00 - 22:00: £13.75 per hour
• 22:00 - 06:00: £14.25 per hour

�? Key Objectives

?? Duties & Responsibilities

• Polish and inspect components in line with IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Verify identification and quality of finished goods to ensure Right First Time (RFT).
• Identify, contain, and document rejected products.
• Inspect internally painted products to customer specifications.
• Ensure correct packaging and labelling of finished goods.
• Maintain high standards of 5S housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies.
• Provide cover for other associates when required.
• Collaborate proactively with team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Assist with any additional tasks as directed by the Technical Manager.

?? Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a paint manufacturing or similar environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training.
• Valid UK driving licence required.
