Paid Search Executive - Reed : Job Details

I am seeking an experienced Paid Search Executive to join my client's dynamic ecommerce team in Canterbury! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns to drive traffic and sales. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking to effectively reach target audiences and achieve performance goals.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop, execute, and manage paid search strategies across multiple platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

• Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to maximize budget and ROI.

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure campaigns are delivering against KPIs.

• Adjust bids, match types, and campaign settings to optimize ad spend and improve campaign performance.

• Write compelling ad copy and test variations to improve click-through and conversion rates.

• Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends and platform updates to keep campaigns cutting edge.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search campaigns with other digital marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns.

• Strong understanding of PPC concepts, bidding strategies, and keyword management.

• Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with analytics and performance measurement tools such as Google Analytics.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
