We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join a highly respected organisation in the lifestyle and beauty sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the company's continued growth, working on high-impact campaigns for a well-established brand.As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all paid media strategies. You'll have a strong background in running effective campaigns across key platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.This is a hybrid position, with the office located near Tonbridge, Kent.  Key Responsibilities:   

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and allocate budgets to maximise ROI and achieve performance goals.
• Conduct A/B testing and analysis to improve campaign performance continuously.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign results to key stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:   

• Proven experience with paid search and paid social
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
