Are you a talented Paid Media Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving results? We're looking for an experienced individual with expertise in both Paid Search and Paid Social to join a highly respected ecommerce retailer in Norwich.  The Role  You'll be joining a dynamic and growing team where you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the company's marketing strategy and contribute directly to its continued success.  This position offers flexibility, with options for either full-time or part-time employment.  About You  The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist, with a strong background in Paid Search and Paid Social.
• A data-driven approach to campaign management and a track record of achieving strong ROI.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
• The ability to commute to the office in Norwich.
