We're on the lookout for a Paid Media Specialist to join our client on a contract basis. You'll be working across high-performing campaigns in social and search, optimising for results across multiple platforms for our fast-paced, data-driven clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled contractor to make an impact right away, with flexible working arrangements and potential for extension.

• Planning, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • TikTok

  • LinkedIn

  • Google Ads

• Building, managing, and refining GA4 events and reports to track performance.

• Using data to guide strategy and improve ROI across platforms.

• Collaborating on digital strategies and advising on best practices.

• Reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights.

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms.

• Strong understanding of GA4 (events setup, custom reports, analysis).

• Background in FMCG is highly desirable. Client will also consider experience in lead generation or retail sectors.

• Solid grasp of digital marketing strategy and performance optimisation.

• Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously.

• UK-based and available to start immediately.

• Ideally based near Bournemouth for occasional in-person collaboration.

• Remote considered for the right UK-based candidate.
