We’re working with a growing, ambitious agency in Bristol that’s building a reputation for delivering impactful, data-driven digital marketing. They’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to help deliver high-performing campaigns across both social and search for a variety of exciting clients.

Setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns across social and search platforms.

Monitoring campaign performance, compiling reports, and identifying opportunities to improve results

Supporting senior team members with client communication and campaign planning

Working collaboratively to deliver cohesive, results-driven campaigns

Staying up to date with industry trends, platform developments, and best practices

Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (either agency or in-house)

A good understanding of both paid search and paid social platforms

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make recommendations

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

A proactive approach and a genuine interest in digital marketing
