Paediatric Registered Nurse

Location: Leominster, HR6

Pay Rate: £37.00 per hour

Shifts: 24 hour contract | Days & Nights | 12-hour shifts | Includes Weekends

Meet Our Client

Freddie is a happy teenage boy who lives with his loving parents and siblings at their home in Leominster.

He attends school full time with the support of his care team and in his downtime, enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, bowling, playing games, cooking, going to the park, and listening to music.

He also adores animals, so it would be great if you share the same passion, as he has dogs, cats, chickens, and a hamster. It is important to Freddie and his family that he makes his own decisions and is involved in all aspects of care. Whilst he is unable to communicate verbally, he can express his wants and needs with the help of his communication aids.

Our team provides specialist, 24/7 care to manage Freddie’s clinical needs and this is delivered by our highly skilled care team on a 2:1 basis throughout the day and a 1:1 basis overnight.

Freddie usually attends specialist appointments and there may be occasions when you will need to join him. This can sometimes include overnight stays away from home. Hotel expenses will be covered, and successful candidates will receive further details about travel and meal contributions.

What You’ll Need

• Paediatric Registered Nurse actively practicing with a valid NMC Pin for a minimum of 12 months.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
• Experience in delivering the following clinical interventions;
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management
• Enteral feeding
