Packing and Despatch Team Leader – Sheffield – c£30,000 + BenefitsElevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business in Sheffield who are looking to recruit to recruit a Packing and Despatch Team Leader to join their team.This newly created role will see you lead and motivate the Packing & Despatch Department, ensuring customer compliance and internal procedures are followed.

The Role

• Leading the Packing and Despatch team, ensuring processes and customer requirements are met
• Overseeing quality control across packing, labelling and shipping
• Managing despatch for UK and overseas customers, ensuring correct paperwork and transport methods are used
• Coordinating logistics to balance cost and delivery times
• Maintaining stock control through the ERP system
• Overseeing importing, exporting and subcontract service processes

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday - 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours)

The PersonWe are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident in leading a small team. You will ideally have:

• Experience in packing, despatch or logistics
• Knowledge of import and export requirements and documentation
• ERP system experience
• Strong communication skills to work with internal teams and external customers
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
