Job Description :

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for this financial services organisation with offices based in Leeds city centre. Looking for an experienced PA/ Team support to support until, at least, the end of the year. Providing support to the wider team, this fully office-based role will require the successful candidate to have excellent coordination, administration, and communication skills. This role will offer variety and key duties will include;

  • Providing support to a team of 10 with diary and meeting support
  • Answer and transfer all calls
  • Support the facilitation of internal and external meetings
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing activities within the team
  • Maintain electronic filing systems to help colleagues work effectively and efficiently
  • Manage kitchen checks and update refreshments
  • General administration support

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior administrator to join this well-respected company within a great team setting, working 37.5 hours a week, the successful PA will build excellent relationships within the organisation and become a trusted point of contact and be able to resolve and support issues. Building strong stakeholder relationships; although a temporary role, you will be a valued member of the team where your ideas and experiences will be welcome. The successful candidate will be;

  • Available immediately
  • Hold a minimum of 3 years Senior administration / PA experience
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Competent in all MS Office packages
