Our client is looking for a PA / Marketing Assistant

Description

General PA duties as well as marketing duties too - 70% EA and 30% Marketing

Community Engagement: Support local engagement activities within care homes, strengthening ties with the wider community.

Facilities Oversight: Manage maintenance personnel and coordinate refurbishment projects across care homes.

Interior Improvements: Oversee home decoration and improvement initiatives to enhance resident comfort and aesthetics.

Project Management: Lead strategic improvement projects, managing timelines, stakeholder contributions, and successful delivery.

Content Coordination: Work with care staff and activities teams to capture engaging stories, moments, and events.

Staff Training: Coordinate staff training sessions and professional development opportunities to support continuous learning and service excellence.

Idea Generation & Implementation: Collaborate with teams to generate and roll out ideas that improve resident wellbeing, staff morale, and the overall look and feel of each home.

Supplier & Contractor Liaison: Help manage external relationships for small projects - obtaining quotes, arranging deliveries, and overseeing progress.

The remaining 40% focuses on marketing, please see below -

Social Media Management: Develop and lead marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement

Marketing Collateral: Design and oversee the production of brochures, leaflets, and presentation folders to support promotional efforts.

Website Management: Collaborate with external agency partners to ensure the company website is up to date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised.

Internal Communications: Create and distribute engaging internal newsletters to support staff engagement and information flow

Marketplace Listings: Maintain and optimise listings on platforms such as Lottie and Carehome.co.uk to improve visibility and generate enquiries.

Event Planning: Organise and deliver both company-wide and community events, ensuring alignment with brand identity and resident engagement objectives

Community Engagement: Support local engagement activities within care homes, strengthening ties with the wider community.

Sponsorships & Advertising: Coordinate sponsorships and paid advertisements to support strategic brand goals.

Branded Materials: Source and manage branded items (e.g., bags, bottles, aprons, signage) to ensure consistency in corporate identity.

Facilities Oversight: Manage maintenance personnel and coordinate refurbishment projects across care homes.

Interior Improvements: Oversee home decoration and improvement initiatives to enhance resident comfort and aesthetics.

Project Management: Lead strategic improvement projects, managing timelines, stakeholder contributions, and successful delivery.

Feedback & Insights: Design and conduct internal surveys to collect staff feedback and inform organisational planning.

Content Coordination: Work with care staff and activities teams to capture engaging stories, moments, and events.

Content Management: Systematically organise and archive photo and video content for easy access and future social media use.

Staff Training: Coordinate staff training sessions and professional development opportunities to support continuous learning and service excellence.

Awards & Recognition: Identify and submit applications for relevant care, business, and marketing awards to enhance reputation and celebrate achievements.
