PA to the Managing Director

We’re looking for a highly capable and experienced PA to support the Managing Director of a thriving local company. As the business continues to expand, the MD needs a right-hand person who can ensure their time is used to maximum effect — someone who is always one step ahead, anticipating needs before they arise.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering seamless administrative support across all aspects of the MD’s work
• Managing the MD’s diary, travel, and priorities to ensure their time is spent where it matters most
• Producing high-quality, brand-compliant documents and presentations for Board meetings and key stakeholders
• Handling correspondence with discretion, including email and phone enquiries, often responding on the MD’s behalf
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to deliver first-class service
• Preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and ensuring actions are followed through

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years’ experience supporting at C-suite or Director level
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Adobe proficiency
• High attention to detail and accuracy — nothing gets past you
• Professional discretion and integrity in all situations
• Proactive, energetic, and committed to continual improvement
