PA role with project work and office management - joining a small, successful team in fantastic offices in W1 (Oxford Circus / Bond Street tube)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, polished PA to take great pride in a varied role. Your duties will be split between PA work for a busy Founder plus project support to a small team of consultants as well as managing their beautiful office. A client-focused attitude is key when representing the company and your bosses externally; would suit a PA from a small office environment who is happy to pitch in across the business, who enjoys variety and is excellent at prioritising.

PA duties including diary and inbox management, arranging all meetings and thinking ahead daily / weekly / monthly to anticipate your boss’s movements. Drafting documents and correspondence with a keen eye for detail as well as CRM database and PowerPoint skills. You will assist colleagues with project support across their workloads, meaning that this is a role in which you will be a key part of the business, contributing to it’s continued growth. Some management of office space including booking meeting rooms, liaison with building management team and expenses / invoicing.

Clients span retail, consumer, travel, hospitality and leisure, from a variety of investment platforms. This Office Manager / EA role is office-based typically Tuesday - Thursday with the opportunity to WFH on other days, subject to business needs.

£45,000 - 50,000 dependent upon experience, plus discretionary bonus, weekly team lunch and generous holiday allowance.
