Job Description :

Experienced, full time PA required for a well-established, prestigious firm in Framlingham. The role will provide an effective and efficient PA support to a department team.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Client management - greeting clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional way
  • Handle incoming calls to the team, sales enquiries, and establish business relationships
  • Update internal systems with new leads and client information
  • Ensure all letters and documentation are completed correctly
  • Maintain physical files with ongoing correspondence with clients, ensuring all files are legally compliant
  • PA/Admin duties - diary management for the team, organising travel, manage client meetings, word processing & digital dictation, preparing reports
  • Brochure preparation including arranging / overseeing photography and using Publisher
  • Marketing - sending post advertising, digital mailers and social media
  • Assist with mailings, events and pitching material

Applicants will have fast and accurate audio typing, professional communication and organisational skills, along with strong IT skills including use of Publisher. Must be able to work in a busy environment and work under pressure during busier periods.

Hours: Monday to Friday (8:45am to 5:30pm) plus one Saturday in three (8.45am to 1pm)

Salary : 25000 - 27000
