Job Description :

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a PA/Administrator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Typing and arranging property details, inventories, letters and general admin
  • Answering telephones for commercial and lettings department
  • Dealing with property enquiries across commercial and lettings department
  • Arranging diaries
  • PA tasks for Managing Director
  • Potential for dealing with accounts

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch)
