Senior HR Advisor - Jark PLC : Job Details

My client based in the Stourport area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a Permanent contract. The main responsibilities associated with the role include- Managing the recruitment process- Managing new starter inductions- Supporting Disciplinary process- Monitor absences- Supporting payroll as required- General admin around the HR functionAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience in a similar role is essential- CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum- Strong communication skills, both written and oral- An ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels- Good IT Skills- An ability to manage workload and prioritize as requiredThe salary on offer is between £30000 and £35,000 Keywords:HR, Recruitment, Inductions, Right to Work checks, Disciplinary, Grievance, interviews, CIPD,
