Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of a trust-wide outpatient transformation programme, ensuring measurable improvements in patient flow, access, and experience.
• Engage with clinical and operational teams to design and implement innovative service models.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensuring sustained improvement in activity, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Essential experience:

• Strong NHS leadership experience in outpatient or elective care transformation.
