Outbound Sales Specialist - Calor Gas Limited : Job Details

Outbound Sales Specialist £23,400 - £25,500 With Excellent Benefits Keeping our Customers Safe, Warm, Working and Informed is what we strive for at CalorThe Sales team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Outbound Sales Specialist. This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week from our Head Office in Warwick. Occasional overnight stays may be required for this role. Key responsibilities will include:

• Using prospect lists provided by the Marketing Department to cold call customers Make appointments for the field sales team to carry out visits or close sales over the phone Research and identify potential prospects using the internet Profiling prospective customers and capturing data Contacting lapsed Calor users to determine their appetite to buy Calor gas again

As such we would like you to have/be:

• Have experience of outbound telesales multi-channel contact to existing and prospective customers within a call centre environment Have experience of using CRM systems to manage prospect records and outcomes Be able to use Outlook for making appointments Have knowledge of using Excel or Access databases Have knowledge of telephony including auto-diallers Possess excellent verbal communication and telephone selling skills
