These are warm leads - no cold calling - and your goal is to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, and close the sale with confidence and care. Previous experience working on an outbound dialler system is required.FCA Knowledge & Compliance:You must have prior experience working in an FCA-regulated environment and be confident using dialler systems. Adhering to compliance and regulatory standards is critical.Drive & Service Mentality:You’ll be positive, proactive, and target-driven, while still maintaining a service-first approach in every customer interaction. Your ability to listen and build rapport will set you apart.Adaptability & Communication:Whether you’re remote or in-office, clear communication and personal accountability are vital.
