Organisation Design Project Manager/Consultant - Bristol

• 3 Month Contract
• Hybrid working model - Bristol
• £600/£700/day - Inside IR35 - Umbrella Only

Our client is looking for an OD Project Manager to help manage the impact of moving to a new structure. You will need to review and understand both the current and target OD including the challenges of moving to the new OD and manage the implementation of the desired target state design.

We are looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of experience in managing projects/programmes in a complex financial services environment
• Experience specifically in project managing organisational change and operating processes
• Experience of assessing and mitigating operational risks
• Strong OD experience and able to work with senior stakeholders
• Experience of assessing, understanding, and documenting any required changes to process/people/systems/ways-of-working
