Overview

This role is responsible for leading the Order to Cash processes from Contract to Bill, Bill to Account Receivable/Collections to Revenue. To drive the standard processes to ensure billing accuracy, cash collection and revenue assurance. Lead the implementation and operation of the OTC stream of Netsuite. Partnering with Sales Operations and Salesforce team to ensure end to end process excellence. Partner with Divisional Finance leads and Head Office finance team.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director.

Scope of the Job

• Drive the implementation and operation of the OTC stream in Netsuite.
• Deliver Billing integrity, Revenue Assurance, timely billing and cash collections.
• Continuous improvement of processes within finance to drive efficiency
• Lead new Business streams Order to Cash implementation or integration, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Identifying opportunities for automation to drive efficiency and working with IT and other functions to deliver these initiatives.
• Partnering with Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders to optimise the key upstream processes to ensure clean data flows into finance and adherence to policies.
• Own relevant policies within the organisation that govern these upstream processes and influence stakeholder behaviour.
• Devise and own 'operational finance KPI dashboard'.

Experience

• Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes and best practices.
• Expertise in financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience of operating in a multi-jurisdictional environment with teams in different locations.
• Experience of a Professional Services and SAAS preferable.
• Able to evidence driving change to optimize processes to operate efficiently.
• Methodical and process driven approach.
• Able to design and document policies and also translate these into tangible actions so they become embedded in behaviours in the business.
• Data driven and history of using data to refine processes to drive efficiency.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
• Customer focused mentality and deliver great customer service.
