Job Title: Order Processor & Customer Service Executive
Location: Didcot
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Summary of Position:
Our client, a growing company distributing workwear and safety items, is looking for an Order Processor & Customer Service Executive to join their team. The Order Processor & Customer Service Executive will be a confident, efficient, and dedicated individual who can take and process orders.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Entering orders taken via email, telephone, web portal and rep visits onto the system.
- Managing the sales inbox, dealing with all incoming emails to the main sales email address, and processing or forwarding to the relevant personnel.
- Monitoring and responding to the online chat on the web portal.
- Dealing with order queries, delivery issues, returns, product faults, and errors always leaving the customer feeling as though they have been listened to and their issue is being resolved.
- Producing quotations.
- Adding users to web portals and updating products on the portals where necessary.
- Updating customer records.
- Setting up new embroidery logos.
- Setting up new print logos.
- Producing visuals for clients and print room in coral draw.
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding order issues or details which aren’t clear.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Highly organised, with an ability to manage time.
- Strong attention to detail and meets deadlines.
Hours of work: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
