Our client is looking for an Optical Assistant Manager to work in regenerated and beautiful Egham. This gorgeous store is expanding their team and looking for a energetic, customer focused candidate to come on the journey with them and build and develop their team.

About the Role.

Are you a team leader, supervisor or optical assistant ready to take the next step in their career?

As an Optical Assistant Manager your role will involve helping to manage a small team and always delivering an excellent customer experience.

The Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with running of a large practice ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda.
  • Manage store opportunities and reporting directly to the General Manager - Who has a wealth of experience.
  • Helping with target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward.
  • Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged.
  • Administration responsibilities and compliance.
  • Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Confident, friendly and organised.
