A fast-growing InsurTech startup is transforming how commercial insurance is placed by connecting brokers with the best market options for complex risks. The company is under 5 years old and has recently closed a successful funding round and is on track for significant growth, having traded £XX million in premiums last year. THE ROLE

You'll lead analytics projects that deliver accurate, timely insights to insurance clients. Acting as the main point of contact for report-related queries, you'll help underwriters understand how their risk appetite aligns with matched risks on the platform. You'll also support the operations team with daily insurance risk data analysis, drive continuous improvements to the product alongside the data product manager, and provide leadership to junior and mid-level analysts already handling reporting independently.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• You must come from a B2B2C background looking at sales and commercial performance analysis
• C-suite level stakeholder engagement
• Mentoring or management experience
• Essential technical skills: SQL, Python and dbt
