We are seeking a dedicated Operator to operate our clients' automated manufacturing system. This role is ideal for someone who is technically and mechanically inclined, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn and grow within their role.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Operate the automated manufacturing system efficiently.
- Engage in manual lifting and navigate multiple platforms on site through climbing steps.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports to engineers as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols while operating machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must possess a current or expired FLT (Forklift Truck) license.
- Proven background in manufacturing.
- Computer literacy is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to engineers and team members.
- Physically capable of manual lifting and moving to different platforms on site.
