Operator - Reed : Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Operator to operate our clients' automated manufacturing system. This role is ideal for someone who is technically and mechanically inclined, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn and grow within their role.

• Operate the automated manufacturing system efficiently.
• Engage in manual lifting and navigate multiple platforms on site through climbing steps.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports to engineers as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols while operating machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

• Must possess a current or expired FLT (Forklift Truck) license.
• Proven background in manufacturing.
• Computer literacy is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to engineers and team members.
• Physically capable of manual lifting and moving to different platforms on site.

• Competitive salary of circa £35,000 per year.
• Structured work hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and an early finish on Friday at 2 PM.
