 You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring productivity, cost efficiency, health & safety, and performance targets are met to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in strategic planning and decision-making, driving the distribution center towards long-term success. What you’ll need 

• Proven leadership and management experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Previous change management / transformational change experience
• The ability to drive continuous improvement and quality culture
• Project management experience

 Other Information

• Salary – 80k – 100k
• Working hours - Monday to Friday
• Contract – 12-month FTC, with the potential to be made permanent.
