Operations Manager (Projects) - Eden James Consulting Limited : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager (Projects) on behalf of our client, a highly regarded Lloyd's Syndicate.

The successful candidate will act as an Operations SME, and will be responsible for the delivery of projects and work packages assisting the development of the Businesses operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Change, delivery and implementation management on all Business Operations Initiatives and projects.
• Supporting Business SMEs with impact assessment of Operations deliveries.
• Overseeing Operational initiatives and projects, ensuring efficient deployment, training and development is completed in a professional manner.
• Working with the Change function to ensure Operational requirements are represented appropriately on strategic projects.
• Providing regular Operational Project reporting to Head of Business Operations.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Insurance industry.
• Business and process analysis experience.
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
• Keen eye for detail with the ability to identify problems and subsequently propose and implement solutions.
• Able to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word / Excel / Visio).
