We’re partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing UK-based pet food subscription business on a mission to make mealtimes healthier, simpler, and more personalised for pets and their owners.
This independently owned company is passionate about high-quality nutrition, sustainability, and creating a seamless customer experience. With direct relationships with suppliers across Thailand and the Pacific and a loyal UK customer base, they’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take the lead across supply chain, warehousing, HR compliance, and operational processes.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of operations—including supplier management, stock control, logistics, HR processes, and health & safety. You’ll oversee a small, in-house team (including warehouse manager, pickers and packers) and work closely with international suppliers and freight handlers to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a highly hands-on role where being equally comfortable behind a spreadsheet or on the warehouse floor is key.
