Available for the successful Operations Manager or similar is the chance to step into a role offering full autonomy, as well as the potential to increase your earnings generously through commission etc....

In this role, the successful Operations Manager will be seen as a leading figure, taking full ownership of the Bristol Hub. You will be responsible for the oversight of the whole depot, including, but not limited to; Engineers, Installs, Warehouse Control etc… In this role, you will be responsible for both scheduling and planning as well as producing weekly reports. In addition, you will also be responsible for stock control as well as warehouse monitoring. You will also be responsible for assisting in complicated installs as well as driving performance and sales. Finally, you will be responsible for both client and customer liaison as well as attending sites as and when needed.

The ideal Operations Manager or similar will have a background in the Wellness/leisure industry or a related field. You will also have previous experience in an Operations Manager/Management position or similar. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.

• Oversight of the entire Bristol Hub and its operations
• Planning and Scheduling
• Assisting in complicated installs

The Person:

• A background in the Leisure/Wellness industry or similar
• Previous experience in an Operations Manager position or similar
• Holds a full, valid UK drivers license
