Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a leading manufacturer in West Yorkshire to recruit a Operations Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior manufacturing leader to take full ownership of production operations. With a focus on driving efficiency, automation upgrades and continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations
• Lead and support manufacturing-related projects, including automation upgrades, processimprovements, and capital investments
• Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans to meet operational targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standard

We are keen to speak with Operations Managers / Plant Managers with:

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience of developing a team within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with implementing or overseeing automation and efficiency initiatives
• Deep understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead operational change and improvement initiatives
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
