Key responsibilities for the Operations Manager:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet organisational goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, providing guidance and support
- Monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Maintain relationships with third-party partners and suppliers
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise disruption
Skills and Experience required for the Operations Manager:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
