Operations Manager

£58,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are an experienced Operations Manager with good commercial acumen then this stand - alone role will be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the day to day operation of the business and reporting to the Directors

- Supervising team or support staff and managing the administration function

- Establishing and utilising effective methods to review and improve the administration systems

- Working with Directors to build the business and managing marketing policy

- Maintaining management information systems ensuring data protection protocols are in place

- Managing the HR function including recruiting new staff members and payroll administration
