We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead our operational performance and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery. You will oversee field teams, manage subcontractors, ensure safety standards, and play a key role in driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing reactive and planned work schedules
• Overseeing health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and SSoW
• Leading and supporting field teams, including hands-on site involvement when needed
• Client relationship management and regular performance reviews
• Quoting, budgeting, and cost control
• National subcontractor coordination and equipment inspections
• Supporting staff training and certification requirements
• Driving business development and KPI achievement

Requirements:You'll have proven experience in operations or site management (cleaning/FM/industrial), strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach. A full UK driving licence is essential.
