Structural Repairs, a well-established and expanding company specialising in structural solutions, needs your expertise to become our first-ever Operations Manager!

What you'll do:

• Own our systems: You'll be the keeper of our operational efficiency, handling accreditations, safety paperwork, and all those crucial procedures.
• The detail guru: From project documentation to financial management, you'll keep our office humming and projects running smoothly.
• Champion of standards: You'll uphold our commitment to quality by maintaining our ISO certifications.

• Proven operations management experience in a role where you've been the go-to person.
• Ideally, you’ve been in a role where you were the very first to create the operations management role and/or environment.
• A knack for organisation and an eye for detail.
• You love systems and (necessary, easy-to-implement) processes.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep everyone on track.
• Great communication skills and ability to get along with everyone on the team.

Your Salary and Company Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year
