Operations Manager - STORMX RECRUITMENT LIMITED : Job Details

We’re currently working with a market leading organisation, offering a fantastic opportunity to join an ever-expanding business, in their search for an Operations Manager. This role is based in an amazing open planned, vibrant, and modern space in the Hoddesdon, with parking on site.

In a buzzing and busy environment, you will be responsible for line management of a team of 3 Area Managers as well as a larger team of Sports Coaches.

Reporting directly into the Operations Director, the successful applicant will have the platform to bring ideas and energy and the opportunity to lead a team.

Key Duties include:

• Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring that the business’ programmes align with their expectations.
• Lead a team of Area Coordinators, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, whilst maintaining a coaching schedule.
• Assessing the outcomes of programmes, seeking feedback from clients and instructors for continuous improvement.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, whilst tracking and reporting on these metrics.
• Identify opportunities for community engagement and partnership building, with an aim to increase the presence and influence of the business locally.
• Working with Learning and Development team to implement training initiatives, ensuring staff are up to date with industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager by overseeing the budget, ensuring that financial objectives are aligned with operational goals.
• Foster collaboration with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and HR to ensure operations run as smooth as possible.
