• The Operations Manager  Operations Manager is responsible for activities and infrastructure on the site comprising of manufacturing, assembly, storage, maintenance, site utilities, garage, quality, safety, environment, security, and the welfare of all direct reports.
• Responsible for the site, including COMAH obligations and other requirements.
• Ensuring that storage of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods are done so safely, effectively, within budget and to satisfy customer demand
• Communicating Goals, Objectives, Targets and KPI’s, monitoring on a regular basis and taking appropriate corrective action to achieve each.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting annual budgets.
• Responsible for ensuring that sufficient human resources are available to meet the requirements of the site.

 The Operations Manager will need to be: 

• Experienced working within COMAH Regulations
• Engineer management qualification required
